Born in Havana, Cuba, Mauricio Fernandez Piqueras arrived in the United States at the age of 21 carrying ambition and a strong desire for opportunity. His early journey built resilience and determination, qualities that later helped shape his professional success. Mauricio went on to earn a Master’s degree in Homeland Security from Pennsylvania State University, developing analytical and strategic skills that now influence his disciplined, data driven approach to real estate.
Mauricio Fernandez Piqueras began his career in Miami real estate in August 2022 with no prior industry experience. Defying expectations, he closed more than $7 million in sales within his first year. By 2025, he earned his Florida Real Estate Broker license, founded La Premiere Realty, and quickly established himself as a trusted advisor for buyers, sellers, and investors navigating Miami’s competitive luxury property market.
